SOLUTIONS, A Career Consulting Co. is a small, women-owned business, owned and operated by Barbara Atzmiller, MS, NCC, RPC. She offers a variety of career services throughout the Western United States. Barbara has earned B.Sc. degree in Business Management with concentration in Finance and Economics, a Masters Degree in Counseling, is a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Registered Professional Counselor in the State of California. Before starting her own business, she provided university educational and vocational counseling to undergraduate and graduate students.

Atzmiller is a career forensics expert in the California courts, often called to provide and interpret assessments, salary determinations, labor market research, and career counseling for family law and diminished earning cases. She also works with the California Department of Rehabilitation, providing assessments, counseling, and plan and job development for mentally and physically disabled individuals in Northern California.

Atzmiller also operates a private practice where she counsels clients currently working through career transitions. Her private clientele range from college students to senior corporate staff. She has also provided outplacement seminars for both public and private organizations throughout the west coast. Barbara is a sought after guest speaker who brings humor and intelligence to audiences interested in career issues.

Atzmiller also works with the Department of Veteran Affairs providing Educational and Vocational Counseling, rehabilitation plan development, and job readiness/employment services. Known for detailed report writing and keen skills in providing and interpreting assessments, career counseling, and coaching job readiness, Ms. Atzmiller has been successful in guiding clients through personal career development.
